- Ambil 500 gram boiled potato.

- Diperlukan 2 bunch coriander leaves.
- Diperlukan 850 gr tuna can.
- Diperlukan spices for tuna:.
- Siapkan 3 spoon veg. oil.
- Diperlukan 1 onion(chopped).
- Diperlukan 5 garlic.
- Diperlukan 1 spoon of Panchforan masalla(cumin seed,black seed,fenugreek,mustard seed).
- Ambil 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Ambil 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Siapkan for dipping:.
- Ambil 1 egg mix a bit of water.
- Siapkan breadcrumbs for dipping.

Langkah-langkah menyiapkan Bergedel ikan (fish kabab)
- Siapkan jinten.jinten hitam. Fenugreek. Mustard. (Package of Radhuni panchforan.) Kl tidak suka boleh di skip saja..
- Rebus potato. Boleh digoreng. Krn Kalo digoreng buat saya mkn waktu. Sambil menunggu matang empuk,panaskan minyak. Tumis semua bahan tumisan satu persatu.masukkan tuna dr kaleng. Buang airnya.
- Tuna ditumis smp kering atau tdk berair..
- Potato yg sdh matang kita kelupas kulitnya dgn tangan. Lembutkan. Campur dg tuna dan bawang goreng serta daun seledri. (Tdk perlu telur krn sdh cukup lembek kalau potato direbus. Jika digoreng boleh tambahkan telur).
- Bentuk bulat bulat. Lapisi dg kocokan telur dan Lapisi dg breadcrumbs. Goreng di minyak yg panas. Minyak tidak perlu deep fry. Hanya setengah ketinggian dari kabab/ bergedel..
- Kalau tidak ada breadcrumbs, kocok telur dan beri sedikit air. Goreng sampai matang. Jangan bolak balik berkali kali. Cukup sekali balik saja biar tdk hancur. Selamat mencoba.
