Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat Tomato tofu soup

  1. Diperlukan 1 buah tomat.
  2. Siapkan 1 buah tahu sutera.
  3. Ambil 1 butir telur ayam.
  4. Ambil jamur shitake kering.
  5. Siapkan secukupnya jamur shimeji.
  6. Siapkan 1/2 butir bawang bombay.
  7. Siapkan 1/2 sdm tepung maizena,larutkan.
  8. Siapkan garam,lada bubuk &kaldu bubuk.
  9. Ambil secukupnya margarin.
  10. Diperlukan secukupnya air mineral.
  11. Siapkan secukupnya daun bawang.

Cara memasak Tomato tofu soup

  1. Rebus tomat dalam air mendidih sebentar, angkat lalu tiriskan,kupas lalu potong kecil2.
  2. Rendam jamur shitake kering beberapa saat, kemudian tiriskan lalu potong2,potong2 jamur shimeji dari tangkai nya, potong dadu tahu sutera,cincang kasar bawang bombay, setelah semua di potong2 sisihkan.
  3. Panaskan mentega tumis bawang bombay&jamur shitake,tumis hingga harum. kemudian panaskan air hingga mendidih, lalu masukan tumisan jamur&bawang bombay tadi.
  4. Masak hingga mendidih, kecilkan api,masukan tomat &jamur shimeji masak pelan2 dengan api kecil cenderung sedang.
  5. Masukan garam, lada bubuk &kaldu bubuk, aduk rata, kemudian masukan tahu sutera kecilkan api.
  6. Kocok lepas telur,lalu masukkan ke dalam sup,tambahkan larutan maizena, aduk sekali saja, agar telur tidak hancur.
  7. Matikan api, masukan daun bawang, aduk sekali, kemudian angkat lalu hidangkan.
